2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years
or older. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally eligible to
enter into a contract with us.

3. Booking and Payment

All services must be booked in advance via our website or through a designated contact method. Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept Stripe. Prices are subject to change at any time but will be communicated before booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For group programs: Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the start of the program to receive a full refund.

For one-on-one sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for missed sessions or late cancellations unless otherwise agreed.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. Any inappropriate, abusive, or
discriminatory behavior will result in the immediate termination of the service without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to providing professional and supportive coaching, our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own actions and decisions following our sessions. We do not guarantee specific results.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to texts, videos, logos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Anar Massani
unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any of the materials without prior written permission.
